Open Position:

    Regional Sales Representative

    We're looking for a smart, passionate, motivated individual who loves sales, who isn’t afraid to call up and talk to strangers and who wants a genuinely rewarding career path with serious long-term earning potential. We'll provide you with product training, technical and administrative support and you'll be responsible and accountable for producing results.

    The position will require a well organized, self-starter who is capable of creating and maintaining strong relationships. Primary duties include inbound and outbound calling, email communication, order fulfillment, and customer service. We provide job training; you provide the initiative and desire.

    The Sales Representative Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
    Develop strong working relationships with customers and implement marketing programs to meet company goals. Provide regular updates and information relating to daily activities and account statuses.
    Cold Calling on commercial customers
    Develop a territory in the local market by referral, networking, and cold calling; extensive prospecting and business to business sales
    Sell the organization's products and services to established customers and develop new prospects within assigned territory
    Provide product training to customers’ staff on product offerings. Address any questions on products and have the ability to discuss points of difference.
    Discuss and resolve any customer questions or concerns regarding product specifications, freight costs, shipping, and price.
    Track activity, prepare and maintain records for sales leads and account status

    Sales experience is required and Lighting Industry experience is preferred BUT NOT REQUIRED
    Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills. Strong written and verbal skills are essential for this position. Applicant must be able to exchange detailed information with co-workers, our clients, and our vendors concisely and must have a firm grasp of the English Language
    The applicant must be able to respond to client needs in a positive manner while maintaining a professional demeanor. Professional appearance and attire.
    This role requires a flexible, professional with a positive, energetic personality and work ethic to meet the needs of this client-driven business.
    Bilingual and effective phone skills a plus.
    Proficiency in MS Office.
    Lighting, Electrical, or Construction related experience helpful.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Salary + Commision: $40,000.00 to $80,000.00 /year
